Background
Founder and operator Butch Ard has spent over 30 years in collegiate and high school track & field and cross country as both a head coach and timing professional.
In addition to decades of coaching, Butch has worked extensively in electronic meet timing, event operations, and championship meet management through the region.
Midsouth Timing was built on the belief that successful meets require more than just accurate times. Reliable communication, organized meet flow, quick results processing, and experienced meet support are critical to creating a smooth experience for athletes, coaches, officials, and spectators.
